Apple Cinnamon Water

  • This is a great and easy recipe to follow. 
  • Slice two apples in slices and add them to a gallon size pitcher. Green apples are recommended.
  • Put in one or two whole cinnamon sticks.
  • Fill the jar half the way with ice so that your water is nice and cold then fill with water. 
  • Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before drinking.
  • You can reuse the same apples and cinnamon about 4 times.
  • Add more apple or cinnamon for a more intense flavor.
  • Don’t forget to eat the fruit when you’re done with the water!

Fruit Medley Detox Water

  • For this recipe you’ll start with a base of fruit and add whatever else sounds good to you. The base fruits are to boost your metabolism, burn fat, and get rid of toxins in your body, and tasting absolutely delicious at the same time. 
  • Start with a gallon pitcher or mason jar, half filled with ice.
  • Add a few raspberries or blueberries, or perhaps both.
  • Slice a grapefruit and add it to the pitcher, you can leave the rind on the grapefruit.
  • Add one or two sliced pears.
  • Add a sprig of fresh mint. Be careful not to add too much or mint will be the dominant flavor.
  • After adding all of the fruit, fill with water and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Remember that you can add more of any of these fruits in order to give a stronger flavor
